They encourage you to use their text messaging system to rapidly and efficiently communicate with the front office staff, however, this evidently did not get through in time to indicate that I would be eight minutes late for my appointment, and they refuse to see me. I've never seen such a stringent late policy, combined with such poor communication. This resulted in wasting almost 40 minutes in back-and-forth traffic across town.
