I love getting PT here! It is not crazy crowded and full of people like some clinics. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful and welcoming. They treat you as a whole and not as an individual part! For instance, I was here for my back and SI joints but they also helped with my neck. I have chronic disease in my neck too! I actually dreaded PT where I had it before but look forward to it now!! read more

We are an independent, locally owned private practice offering physical therapy services in Mount Sterling, KY and the surrounding communities of Owingsville, Sharpsburg, Frenchburg, Stanton, Paris, Morehead, Richmond and Winchester. Meet the Business Owner: Leslyn S.

Leslyn graduated in 1993 from the University of Kentucky with a BHS in Physical Therapy. In December 2011 she received a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Utica College. Leslyn has 19 years experience providing physical therapy for patients from 2 years old to 100 years young. She has served as clinical instructor for physical therapy and physical therapy assistant programs in Kentucky, North Carolina, and Ohio. She has also served as a volunteer for the Salvation Army free clinic through the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the 2006 Leadership Montgomery class, an Honorable Kentucky Colonel since 2006, and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1993. Leslyn resides in Mt Sterling with her husband Johnnie and their daughters Leslyn Elizabeth and Kathryn Isabella

They make you feel so warm and welcome. It was kind of like just visiting with some friends that made you do odd exercises. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, personable, & empathetic to all of my aches and pains. This is the most important part. They not only show you how to do your PT, they explain why they are doing it as they do it. I appreciate that. The building is located behind the Lees Famous Recipe in Mt Sterling. The building is extremely clean and well laid out. Jamie and her staff take the best care for me and from what I have seen, all of their clients. I am blessed to have found this place.

From the beginning, the staff was very cordial, and professional. The entire staff is very professional, and they really listen, and form a plan, that gets you on the road to recovery. I can't say enough, about the care and professionalism they practice. The facility is super clean, and you're made to feel at home, the moment you begin your therapy journey.

I had to drive an hour and a half to see Dr. Rice in Winchester Ky. He is one of the worst doctors…read moreI have ever seen. He did not examine me; he did not spend more than 5 minutes with me. I can barely function. I have severe sciatic nerve issues causing me extreme pain. I have numbness that is increasingly getting worse. I can't even walk for more than a few minutes without becoming unstable on my feet. He didn't bother to ask questions about it and was completely dismissive towards me. He asked me if I wanted an MRI. I said since I could HARDLY function, I would think it would be necessary, but he acted like he could care less if I had one done. I now have to start all over and find another doctor because there is no way I would ever let him treat me for anything. Useless... a complete waste of time and money. When someone goes to see a specialist, it is because they need care. To have a doctor express no concern for a patient or not bother to listen to them or take them seriously should not be treating anyone.

I ended up having to go to another chiropractor to fix the mess that Dr. Faulkner made. Dr. Faulkner did not seem to listen to me or even have my best interest in mind. He is more interested in trying to get access to my checking account on regular intervals than he cares about the actual chiropractic service that he performs.
