While I have no proof of it, I believe that my case was improperly handled. This may have been partially due to Mr. Duello having moved to New Zealand and not being able to pay proper attention to his work. I believe that he allowed my case to drift along and other larger more lucrative cases came in during this time. I believe that my case was placed on the "back burner " Again, I have no proof of that but in the end I received nowhere near enough for my damages. He actually made more than I did but reduced his fee out of embarrassment and to get me closed and out of the way. So, call Montlick. At least get another attorney to review your case. I'm dissatisfied. I thought I was doing the right thing by listening to his sales pitch, I taught insurance companies how to cheat their claim holders. Very disappointed. Very poor communication. I retained Greg Daniels in what should have been a very…read moresimple divorce. No dependants, no major financial assets to divide. Most all communication was deferred to assistants who were clearly overloaded. I never even met Mr. Daniels until mediation. I had to introduce myself to the hosting law firm, the mediator, and the opposing attorney. Mr. Daniels was 5 minutes late, had no plan, except a failed strategy that I'd suggested myself. We spent 6.5 hours in mediation where Mr Daniels and the mediator discussed cuisine, and I discussed man toys with him. Mr. Daniels interjected very little and sent a handsome bill following. Mr. Daniels demonstrated plenty of teeth and bark with me, but was quite unhelpful for the greater and unnecessary struggle my now ex produced. Almost a year later, I am still untangling a tax debt that I brought to Mr Daniels attention on my own.
