I've been fortunate enough to have them done in every major City in the world. My Attendant was young and very knowledgeable and skillful with every move she made. The pedi was in my personal Top 5 in the last ten years. The pedi was a total Luxury that felt 5 star from the start to Finish. Now the Mani again from start to finish in My Top 5 !!! Bravo to the proprietor Jodi First Class Ownership This is how it's meant to be done. Very cool relaxing vibe, and I do believe a great local gem with great local talent to make this place standout from the rest. So ladies this is one of the best. The only bad thing is The Lakeshore is not in every City or town across the country , we'll at least for now. Awesome Job By The Ladies @ the Shore. I can't wait to return. The manager Theresa took 5 days to get back to me, which she then responded with "you told the stylist you liked it, so if you want it changed, you will have to pay for another service." Even after I had explained why I told the stylist I liked it in the first place. I was told not to worry, my hair would fade, well almost a month later.. It still has not faded. I will never be returning here.

I think she used dollar store products on my face the whole time, no lovely smells, musky steam machine... she wiped my face with baby wipes!!!!! No name baby wipes to wash my face?!? And then she placed the wipe over my face for an extended time at one point! It felt like she was just trying to do things to fill the hour... she just slapped some lotion on that didn't even smell good and then roughly wiped it off and then I think she put one of those dollar store sheet masks on (right from the tinfoil package) and continued to dump the remaining liquid on my face. She kept shining the very bright light in my eyes, it would be so bright and then she turned it off and turned it on and off - nothing covering my eyes... it was not relaxing! She did some weird massage that wasn't a Massage. She just basically poured baby oil in my hair and then poked around a bit. It was horrible- almost hilarious as it was unbelievable.
