He asked me to text him my name and address, and true to his word, he stopped by the same day to review the work. Within a week, the job was completed beautifully--and at a very fair price! Fast forward a short time later, when our garage door accidentally dropped on the hood of our car after we shut the release cord in the door. The first person I thought to call was Zach. Unfortunately, it happened on a Sunday, so I sent a quick SOS text, not expecting to hear back until Monday. Well, D Nova was totally different. He not only explained what work was required, he also pointed out deficiencies in the DRHorton new home construction that made the work necessary. He explained it in such a way that I fully understood. He also pointed out framing that was not properly attached so it was coming loose from its original location. When I say that I was impressed, I really was. Although he couldn't perform the work that day, he agreed to get the necessary materials and return the next day. He kept me apprised of what time he would arrive, showed up at that time, did exceptional work and did not take all day to do it.
