They didn't hold up after one week and had chipped significantly. The pedicure I received was mediocre, but the real problems started when I sat down for my French tip dip manicure. The technician was rude to me and to everyone else who walked in. She cut my skin and when I complained that I was bleeding, she didn't say a word, kept working and when SHE felt like she could address her error, she dabbed a piece of cotton with something to make the bleeding stop and then THREW the cotton in my direction! The quality of the manicure was so poor that when I saw the final product and asked what happened, she said there was a problem with the powder and I could come back later or a different day to have it fixed. Yah - not happening! She didn't charge me for it because she knew it was so bad. Dirty, gross, disorganized, rude, and poor quality of service.
