Simon recovered most of my data - all data to June 2024 (he bought me a new computer and got it up…read moreand running). After he was finished (he made three visits to my home), Excel files from June 2024 to August 2025, but none were critical. He did have remote control of my computer and made some changes without telling me, but fortunately they were helpful. Still, I wish he had told me he was making changes remotely. My last text to him went unanswered, but I suppose his meter had run out. No major complaints.
