My experience with this office was horrible. I would go elsewhere if you're looking for some professional help.The law language is very hard to read and understand. And I feel like I wasn't given allot. I was given the paperwork at the end and was told to read it on my own and ask if I needed help and I did as best I could but still was hard to understand. I asked some questions but couldn't pick up on all the things as I don't know what's best for me and what's questionable from the other party. I was told by the opposing party that his attorney told mine to go over a certain clause and it was not done properly. And I lost out on some things currently. More detailed knowledge of the final judgement would have been so much better. And when he saw my review. I just received a call from him telling me that my review needed to be adjusted or he was going to proceed with a legal action to take it down. Where do I start? Johnathan is a flake. He never calls you back. Jesus is even worse. His office manager he request to have work done. You have to follow up with them. Very unprofessional. Johnathan will only return your calls after you've emailed him several times and then charge you for what you're asking him to take care of. Initially I would always advise never to go with this office. They only care about the high paying clients. I had a case regarding custody of my children. They messed it all up. I am giving one star for finalizing my divorce. For ability to file papers. I am subtracting a star for taking 4 months to get a certified copy of my partial judgement. For taking three weeks to get a check from opposing counsel and blaming it on his staff Jesus. for having a screaming baby in the same room as he was while I'm trying to talk to him on the phone. for stoping to talk to the receptionist on the way back from crunching numbers of the settlement while I'm paying for the time. I am subtracting a star for having to call multiple times to get updates on critical parts of my case. For giving me the run around on trial prep and never getting to it. For costing me 15k in legal fees then telling me "I'm trying to save you money." I am subtracting a star for watching my attorney better deal me like some public defender giving the opposing counsel the ball and helping him slam dunk it in my face. I sat there and watched him sit in the corner of the room not defending our agreed position and submitted proposal. Tells me he will sit with me prior to trial come in early(so i show up 9am) and shows up twenty minutes to the court time! I get no prep no nothing but him doing so little it made me cry. I felt disrespected as a military vet and as a father. I am subtracting a star for having no trial experience or at least not utilizing it in my case. Left me hanging for weeks without returning my call. My wife finally called him and it turned out he changed his mind about representing me and never informed me. The professional thing to do would be at least give me a call and let me know. I would be weary of someone who is 2 faced and not honest with people. Apparently he changed his mind because I have filed complaints against corrupt government officials. He was afraid I might file a complaint against him.
