I learned quickly that you do not want to hear from Rebecca as her time is money. She is very busy representing several matters, however her paralegal was always responsive to any of my questions or concerns. They run the majority of their communication through the Clio app, my suggestion is to do your part and communicate solely through there unless emailed by them. This helps both you and them to keep everyone accountable and organized. Another suggestion: Do your homework on what you want. Have key points that can be communicated in 5 minutes or less. Again, time is money. If you feel you are a mess and need constant reassurance; seek out a therapist or support group (I have a therapist). Every outreach to any lawyer and their team costs them money. When it came to court, Rebecca presented herself with so much poise and intelligence. She had a strategy that was fair and honest but still aggressive and to the point. I watched for hours the day of my court hearing how other attorneys represented themselves and how poorly their clients' outcome was as a result.
