Greetings…read more I had a faulty GFI outlet in the kitchen that I replaced in only achieving the same results (NO POWER) LOL ! AC line dead ! Wire Right tech (Bret) promptly arrived , and troubleshooted the issue in matter of minutes ! The issue was at another GFI outlet that appeared to be working correctly ! However, there was no ac load leading to the failed GFI outlet ! Bret installed the new GFI that I purchased in replacement of failed GFI , and installed a standard outlet I had on hand in place of the GFI that had the (NO Power) issue ! Bret explained that there's no need for two GFIs since one GFI is safeguarding two places ! AWE ! Therefore , the wife and I would appreciate acknowledgement to Bret at Wire Right for his professional demeaner as their tech in promptly resolving the issue at hand ! We thought we needed a massive wiring job to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need.
