They both showed a lot of care to our requests and instructions, suggested improvements (which we gladly accepted), and were very friendly, forthcoming, and pleasant to deal with - a world apart from the standard lawn service providers we got accustomed to expect. To top it all, the pricing is very reasonable, certainly with the level of execution they provided.
