So far it is as good as it gets. First, they were extremely responsive. I sent an email requesting an estimate, received a response back within a half hour and Luis, one of his head landscapers, was at my house within a few hours to take a look at the yard and provide an estimate. Beyond the actual work, communication and responsiveness are two of the biggest things I look for when hiring people to work around our house. Email is the easiest and quickest way for me to communicate with service vendors and it seems as though Brian and his company like to communicate that way as well. We've had no need for phone tag and we've both been in the loop when things change from original plans. In addition all communications have been extremely professional. Their prices are competitive and actually less than our former service. Luis and his crew came out in early March to clean out our flower beds, remove a dead bush, and lay new mulch for the season. They did a fantastic job! Not only was the work fantastic, but the crew was professional and respectful of our neighbors while they working in our yard. They're coming out this week to seed and fertilize for the spring, and I plan to have them on a regular maintenance schedule for my flower beds during the summer. read more

I found Brian on Craigslist. I have a rental property in Northern Virginia and I had to get my front and back lawn taken care of in an affordable price range. Lousy communication, so I called Brian, informed him of my situation, was to start a week from now, but he responded, email and phone. Found Brian on Yelp, after roommates an I couldn't keep up with the yard. He answered back right away and scheduled a day with us the same week. When it rained the day he was suppose to come, he called me right away to reschedule for the next day. Our yard was horrible, and overgrown. We weren't expecting it to be done so well. Unbelievable! Emailed the company on Sunday and didn't expect a response until Monday, the response was immediate and the contract was confirmed the same day. Expected to have my yard cut on Thursday, although it needed to be cut sooner, received a call from the owner Monday afternoon and it was done. The best . I had to change 3 times the landscape company as they insisted to use the ride on mowers. Year after year it destroyed my lawn . Push mowers Loudoun has been respectful of my wishes.
