I understand things happen but after the first delay I asked them to let me know if they thought it would be delayed further because I had other things to do and then they gave me no updates until I would call them a few hours later and this went on all day. They rescheduled for the next day and the same thing happened. It got pretty frustrating because I basically spent two days waiting on them unable to do much else because they repeatedly said they were on the way and moving is stressful enough as is.
