I pre-paid a few weeks ahead of time for a lawn cut for any time during the last 2 weeks of August. I was very flexible with Sam for whenever he could get out to the property. He didn't show up stating he was on vacation. He agreed to take my money and cut my grass and then decided to go on vacation I suppose. I said ok will you be able to get to it soon? He stated yes in a couple days, couple days go by nothing.. Asked again.. he said yes as soon as he gets back from vacation in a couple more more days... Couple more days go by nothing. So I canceled the job and asked for my money back which took 2 weeks. He got upset when I asked what was it taking so long to electronically refund my money for a job he failed to do. Eventually he did refund me but he made it sound like I was inconveniencing him. In the beginning I spoke with him on the phone and got a good vibe from him which is why i hired / pre-paid him.
