They clipped the line to a street light which they will not own up to and when the electrical company came out to fix it they knocked two of the poles out of the concrete. We agreed to pay for the repair even though it was under warranty still and not our fault. Since the first week of April (4 months!) it has been every excuse and lie possible. She's extremely rude and very difficult to work with. This company lacks integrity, communication and follow through. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

The house was totally trashed and to make matters worse, the horrible tenants let behind mountains of junk, both indoors and outdoors in the patio and yard. I didn't know who to call - a local cleaning service was going to charge a fortune. But a neighbor told me about Trash Away and they were out the next day (on a Saturday!) They picked up 57 big black bags of disgusting trash, and they came in the house to get 6 pieces of large particle board furniture. They also got 3 mattresses and hauled off the entire load for $120!!! They promised to come back on Monday and get two urine soaked couches for an additional $40. They gave me a written invoice and, after they get the couches, I will get my bill in the mail. What a wonderful company!!! Jonathon and his assistant could not have been more positive and helpful about our situation. I was feeling so depressed and overwhelmed. While the house is still pretty filthy, at least all the junk is out and it is empty. Thank you, thank you, thank you - Trash Away!

He explained why he had to be so thorough, and we're glad we let him do it his way--no leaks--finally! He was very professional and hard working. His price turned out be fair given the fact that it was finally done right. The only negative thing I can think to say about him was that he refused to insulate our attic until the weather cooled down. He gave us an estimate and given the luck we've had with other handymen, we'll probably let him do it this fall.
