These people were awful. First, their rep come to the house to assess the need. (I was needing the…read moresystem repaired to run again.) The rep could only locate 5 of the 6 zones I had before these guys did their "repair", and I had to help the rep find two of those. As the project proceeded, the price kept going up. When they were "finished", the system didn't work because there was a problem with the pump, which, incredibly, they said they didn't know how to fix, despite the fact that a pump is a typical feature of sprinkler systems in this area. When I called the owner/manager to ask if they could at least direct me to someone who could fix the pump, he told me he didn't know anybody and actually asked if I would let him know if I found someone so that they would then know someone who could do that work. I found someone to fix the pump, who rolled his eyes at my story and said it was a simple fix, and it was done very quickly. In the end, I was left with a missing zone that was not receiving water, electric lines literally lying on top of the ground, not buried, so that my dogs could get at them, and today, one of the five remaining zones working.

I will assume some responsibility as the customer and increase the stars rating because this was a verbal quote and we should have asked for written documentation before the job started. Additionally, not sure about any "trade" or free service rendered in exchange for not putting the fence back because of vines. When I reached out no one said oh there was an agreement or we spoke to your wife and informed her we weren't putting that back. We were just told someone will be out there to fix it. i was never notified of a check issue or that there was an issue with any payment. I never heard anything actually so I can only assume you were fully paid there wasn't an issue. Also my wife was told she could pay by card during the quote (which was the plan) but at the end was then told no she must pay by check so she had to scramble to find checks. In the end: We did get three large trees cut down as asked. You will get the service you paid for, trees cut down and removed. I would just ensure any quote is written and documented so there aren't any miscommunications in what is expected at the end of the job. That becomes text back and forth and phone calls after they leave the job site. Communication-Communication-Communication would seem to be the largest issue here.

The woodpeckers have been eating way too much off it, and the root system became so invasive it started coming towards the foundation of the house. Much to my chagrin and it broke my heart. I had to take the tree out. I obtained five quotes from various trees services in the Duval County area. I have to say upon meeting Bud I immediately knew this is who I was going to trust. He explained things in a way that I understood how he was going to do it and what to expect. There was no pressure and when I asked about liability insurance immediately not a problem, he made a phone call and it was taken care of. That's true commitment. His team arrived on time and I wished I had gotten everybody's name so that I could mention them because not only where they professional they took care of my property. They had great customer service skills and they truly are experienced and professional at taking trees down more so extra large trees. The team worked together in unison and it was like watching clockwork. Everything happened the way it was supposed to. I was extremely impressed with how the tree came down in pieces and not once did anything come close to hitting my house or a neighbors. The team was outstanding! Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this tree service! Starting from the initial contact with Bud to the team who came out, this was seamless, smooth and outstanding!!

After cutting down the tree, they removed all the debris, cut down the trunk, and put down sod and fertilizer. All this was done in three hours. They cleaned up the lawn, driveway, and sidewalk.
