They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. The first available appt was a week away which initially put me off but truth be told I really wasn't in a rush, it was just a sprinkler head adjustment after all. Fast forward to appt day, which was today. I explained to Marc what I was looking for and that I had concerns that some of the sprinkler heads weren't raising high enough over the grass anymore. He explained why that was happening and that he could fix that while he was here if I wanted him too. Keep in mind, he's scheduled his day around me booking a 15 minute time slot and this would take more time than he allotted for my job. Marc was the ultimate professional, providing what needed changed, not trying to sell me things I didn't need, not having me make another appointment just so he could make more money and even took the time to clean the dirt off my driveway caused by walking on the wet grass. In addition, he took the time to explain my sprinkler system control box to me and reset it the way it should be. His company is definitely value for money. Today we had a wonderful experience with work performed by American Tree Care, LLC. We had a HUGE…read moreshrub job consisting of approximately 25 yards of hedges which required cutting sides and tops cut about 2 feet down. Very tight area next to pool enclosure. In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly.
