These people are crooks. Not only do they open ALL mail…read morepackages that get delivered there, they go through your order. It took me and my fiancé two weeks to get a package that was delivered there. The first day we attempted to do the pick up, they couldn't find it in store even though the system showed it being there. We phoned the next day to see if it had arrived. They said they didn't know. Well when we were there and they tried to look for it; EVER SINGLE WISH BAG WAS OPEN. They know what you've got before you do, and if it's something of interest you can bet your bottom dollar they took it. They are sneaky, unorganized and VERY unprofessional. I was under the impression it was illegal to open someone else's mail however, if you're an employee of Giant Promotions that's part of your job.... I only recommend them if you would like to wait weeks for something that's already in their warehouse, or if you would like your packages opened, or if you would like things from your package to disappear. Crooks.
