Their snow removal for us as of today, 12/11/25 is non-existent. They did no snow removal with the first snow storm on 12/2/25, but even worse also didn't return our calls or emails asking for help. Several Days Later William and Corey Called and said I had not returned or agreed to the contract, which was incorrect; turns out they had misspelled our email address in their new billing or computer system. They re-sent the contract to me using the correct email address, I signed it electronically same day, and got a return confirmation of the contract with 518Lawncare- even though it was now $10 more per snow event than my original contract. So, we got about 6 to 8 inches of new snow between 12/09/25 and 12/10/25. That evening was calm and without snow; unfortunately also Again Without Snow Removal all night. Now, here we are on 12/11/25 at 4:30 PM again with N0 Snow Removal and No Return Phone Call. 518Lawncare did well with our lawns in 2025 but so far snow removal is NOT BEING DONE AT ALL; POOR COMMUNICATION. Received quotes quickly excellent communication kept me posted daily pricing as expected in line with other companies

They responded to my request for an estimate quickly and courteously. I do not agree with using an app be it Google Earth or OnX or whatever else to give an estimate for cutting my lawn though and it appears most places do that now. I have 2.10 acres which is mostly wooded area and cement pads which I assume were used for a greenhouse or something before I lived here. Anyway with all the rain we had my backyard got out of control and I mow a small portion near my house and the front yard only. When I did mow there entire yard it took about an hour for all of it. I'm on social security and don't have the luxury of having a lot of things but age and health are making things worse. My quote was $75, I asked for once a month and was told it would be too hard on their equipment so it would need to be two or more times a month. $150 a month is out of my league when my income is $1100 a month. I know it's a business and I do understand and they probably do a good job. It's just frustrating. Thanks for at least responding Lawncare518. read more
