Atmosphere: very casual abd intimate with music, TV and ear hustling. Lol The waiting area is small living up to their name. They are very clean. Service: The people are so welcoming! They make you feel very comfortable. They serve wine, coffee or water. I get the gel manicure and a regular pedicure however they offer exfoliating scrub packages. I love the keratin sock & hand treatment they use. This is the first salon I've gone to that provides that treatment as a part of your mani/pedi. They give special treatment to your hands and feet making sure to get every hang nail and over grown cuticle leaving your hands and feet feeling soooo refreshed and cute. I genuinely feel bad for the newest owner, a sweet Vietnamese young lady who works get but off, sad she's losing business because of her staff. When I walked in they looked at me like I had 3 heads. They sat me down and immediately started the machine to file my toe nails. I asked them nicely not to use the machine because my nails are too thin and it was regular polish and not gel. That must of upset them, 'cause it was downhill from there. Then they started doings my manicure at the same time, turned off my massage chair because the vibration was interfering with them polishing my nails. They had be turning all kinds of ways, doing my left hand on the right side of my body. I was very very uncomfortable, I told them so and that didn't like it, that Id come to relax and get pampered and that was the least I was feeling. They told me I should have spoken up, when I said I did, they said they didn't understand Eng. I've never heard you having to ask to get your nails done at the table instead of the pedicure chair. Someone came over and apologized, she said next time.... I told her it was ok but I just wanted to finish so I can get out of there, but that there won't be a next time and yes at this point I was really bothered by the whole situation. To make matters worse, they over charged me $10 and had to reimburse me. never again! I'm going back to C&C nails.

It was not crowded when we arrived and were greeted and seated for our pedi's. I really enjoyed the spa pedi that included hot stones and paraffin wax. My mani tech was nice and did a good job. The prices were great and all of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The salon was very clean. I've found my new nail salon!
