They were supposed to be there at 6pm, and after a few phone and text conversations about being delayed, they just stopped responding. Meanwhile I had 9 people waiting to help, and one by one they had to leave. Late last night I wrote an email to Bernard Movers asking for help, and Vickie called me early this morning. They didn't have a truck available, but she said she could pull together a team for me and she did. I rented a UHaul, and Constantine and Marvin were at our place less than two hours after I spoke with Vickie. They jumped right in, and with a few guys I was able to pull together, we had our old place emptied in 40 minutes, and then unloaded at the new place all in exactly 2 hours total! I will recommend this company to everyone from now on, and we will use them again in the future!

I think they did a really good job. Minus .5 since one of the guys was obviously very new but, again, was polite and focused on getting job done. Also odd that they asked for a deposit, as I've moved a few times in the last few years and that's not the norm. It should be mentioned that the deposit amount was very reasonable and I understand why they do it. Just different from other local movers I've dealt with or talked to. Had a 3 man team for a local move. Don't plan on moving anytime soon but would use again.
