The restaurant has kept the theme of the hardware store and the decor and menu items reflect that. From the minute I walked inside, I just loved it there and every time I turned my head I saw something else. The wood countertops and shelves are from the original building. I was immediately greeted when I walked inside and told that I could order at the register or take the menus to a table to decide. The breakfast menu is small but that was ok. I went with the biscuit and added egg, cheese and bacon. Then I got an iced tea too. The prices were very reasonable. While I was eating, I looked over the chalkboard menu on the wall that had the lunch sandwich combinations. I was tempted to get the Pipe Wrench. But you can order a Ladder, a Hammer, a Rod & Wheel, a Lure among others. Besides sandwiches, they offer hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, and desserts. Looks like another road trip is needed so I can order a sandwich.

The order was not accurate; they added condiments I did not ask for and the spinach wrap was discontinued so the preparer made the sub with a plain wrap and negated to inform me of the change. I called the manager and she located the receipt in the system ($27.) wrote my name and number in the 'book of mistakes' and agreed to remake it for free. I called yesterday to pick up the subs and the other manager said he was unable to honor the other manager's promise. Why? There was no record of the mistake. He also said it was not his problem to correct. Lesson learned. I will not spend another dime at Subway in Warrenton NC.

Hardly what I would consider as "loaded". the Fries were nothing special, the usual "Fast food Frozen Fries". The Brisket had very little flavor and what you could taste was Metallic, and not flavorful. When she tried to take it back, after observing the attendant refund money to another set of customers that were unsatisfied with the quality and taste of the food the "Proprietor/Owner?" got disrespectful with her then put his hands in the food and told her that there was nothing wrong with the food and would not refund her money. Placed the order. Waited at a picnic table. Checked on our order. They said someone must have picked ours up. Come to find out they called our name but we weren't waiting in front of the window. Need a PA or something when calling out an order. They found our order! Soup was luke warm and no piece of lobster floating on top like our first visit when parked at Tracter Supply. And the bowl was more the size of a cup. The quesidias were barely warm. The tater tots were barely warm.
