I dreaded it for DAYS but when the moment finally came, I was stressed out yes, but the staff were super nice and friendly and I was eligible for gas which lessened my anxiety by A LOT. Also they always kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and I was never belittled or made to feel like I was an awful person (I am super self-conscious about my teeth) and they actually made a plan with me for future appointments. 100/10, the best dental experience I've ever had and they are GREAT with dental anxiety. Will definitely be going back. My only critique is the office in Lawrence is a liiiiittle difficult to spot if you don't know what you're looking for. But I'd say it's worth it.

I have been very fortunate to have healthy teeth although I have worn dental braces for a number of years, as a child as the alignment of my teeth was extremely bad and would have led to losing my teeth at an early age and having to wear dentures. I wore braces and had orthodontic treatment since grade 1 through me telling the dr. (While in college) Um, you have to get these off by a certain date as I'm getting married and moving to a different city, I won't be back- wind this up and finish. And then again as an adult (to correct what the original orthodontist did as a child). To say that I was extremely nervous was an understatement given my orthodontic care as a child. They probably didn't realize the extent of my fear but I did say that I was nervous. They all kept me informed about what to do and what the next step was of the treatment and what would happen. The management team is friendly, pleasant to work with, and willing to assist you with insurance claims. The doctors are my favorites. They are friendly and knowledgeable of the latest treatments for orthodontic appliances and treatments. It is easy to understand the recommended procedures, and each one ensures you understand the steps necessary to reach your dental goal. I am accustomed to having my orthodontist giving me an update every visit I make, even with illustrations which is nice to see where I stand in my treatment plan. Currently undergoing invisalign treatment; although I have had ortho in the past this new treatment was very different. The clinical team was very insightful in all aspects of my treatment, from instructions on the usage of the trays to their storage and maintenance. They were also efficient with the exam and treatment to minimize his discomfort. The treatment tombs are very open to accommodate a parent/guardian's presence during the appointment. The play area, with the touch music instruments, was a great way to start and end the appointment.
