I had asked several people what I was in for and got everything from the bulging eyes and vigorous nodding when I asked, "Does it hurt?" to "I nearly passed out from the pain!" None of these folks had been to see Dr. Van Blaricum. Well, I almost didn't go. But, I knew I had to and Dr. Van Blaricum had my crown on in no time and it never hurt at all. I had brought a book to read and had hardly read any of it when it was time to put the crown on and after that it was a breeze. I really can't say enough good things about the great team and teamwork at this dental office.

Gave him an "aqualizer", and charged us $40 for it, with in 10 days it broke, so I called to replace it and the secretary told me that she would not replace it or sell him another one until my account was paid in full. Mind you we have SEPARATE insurances and separate accounts. I am very displeased with the service I have received from this office.

Not only did the medicine not kick in yet because I had taken it upon arrival but I also have anxiety with dental work so I was really reliant on that medication to help me be somewhat unconscious. As I was not ready yet because the medicine had not hit yet, I was told that it was taking too long and that the procedure was not going to happen. You could tell the dentist was just tired of waiting and was trying to rush the process because he had other patients coming in. Do not recommend, especially if you don't favor spending money on a sedation method to ease your anxiety just to be given little to no time for it to actually work.

As a result, he has been to see Dr. Hambleton several times. Dr. Hambleton is kind, calm, and thorough in his work.
