After I paid the 5,000 dollars' I was handed off by Aron to a lady named Georgia and she told me they would need to investigate all documents before they could make a determination if any laws were broken! When I decided to cancel them after only 4 days because I felt they were liars and completely incompetent' they immediately charged me 2145.00 of the 5,000 that I paid for their retainer for a few papers and they weren't even formed with the courts ! This guy Aron is a complete fraud and a liar and the sad thing for him is I have him on recording , which I intend to send to the Florida State bar and have his firm investigated ! Good Job Aron ! Looks like you majorly just screwed yourself and your firm ! Good luck explaining your lies to the Florida Bar ! I have my niece as a witness plus the recording where you perjured yourself!

I had a picture of a second house that there's no way my cousin could afford and then later his son claimed it was not theirs. They moved the trust from one company to another. When we felt Taldone wasn't listening or was unresponsive, we went to the media ....after all, how many times is a person sold the wrong HOUSE!?? Taldone was infuriated at US!! (He was friends with the CEO of the realty that sold us the house.) Anyway, Taldone QUIT!!! (hahahaha) But wait.... several days later he called US ...and told us the realty group was willing to negotiate. THAT's when I asked Taldone, "who are you representing?" ...at which Taldone became angered - until I reminded him that HE QUIT! That's when Taldone hired HIMSELF BACK!! (....Can't make this crap up - and we kept every bit of evidence.) Longer story short, the realty bought the house back from us - our case closed - right??? Wrong!!! About 2-3 months later, we get a BILL from (...yep) Taldone!!!! This piece of crap had capped his bill months before at what we had already had paid him (...and WE have THAT in writing FROM TALDONE's own email!). Soooo, I planned to pay him ....and once he cashed the blasted check I was going to filed mail fraud & extortion charges against him. Unfortunately, my Dad called Taldone to ask him if the headache he could be in store for was worth that little bit of cash. Fortunately for Taldone sake, Taldone decided to return our check to us and call it good. So yeah, Taldone is NOT reliable, responsible, or a good value ...NOT the attorney for anyone!!!

As I had hired Phil first, it was very frustrating to my ex- husband who subsequently wrote the bad review. I think that is actually the best recommendation for a lawyer if the opposite party is so frustrated to write a review. Phil was the best lawyer I could have wished for since he stayed calm and peaceful thoughout the whole process which was amazing since he was attacked in severe verbal ways. I am to this day and forever grateful that this excellent lawyer was the one who guided me with kindness and emotional support through the difficult process of this divorce. Phil even managed to get us to mediate which was a blessing for all involved! But once he got his payment, his availability became scarce -- it was often very difficult to schedule conversations over the phone. On top of that, the staff was rude and condescending most of the time. Ideally, you should want a lawyer that is there for you when you need, estate planning is not a one time event. But today was the tipping point. He was more than 25 minutes late for our scheduled appointment (which was made 3 weeks prior!), I called his office at the supposed meeting time, but they said he was running late and that he would call me back soon. I waited a long time, but no calls. When I checked my e-mail later on, he sent me a message saying he tried to contact me and when I called back I was informed I lost my appointment slot and I needed to re-schedule. The only issue is that there were no missed calls on my phone, and no voicemail. When I said that to him, he insisted that he called me and that I needed to re-schedule the meeting. I complained that it was not my fault but his, he was late after all, he had the audacity to say that I should apologize for saying that and also say "I do not know who you think you are". At that moment I lost my call and told him to fuck off, enough is enough!
