In fact, another staff member walked through the crowded lobby without a mask. Despite waiting a month for my appointment, I had to wait over an hour, and the lobby was fairly crowded. Then they wanted me to pay part of my deductible on the spot, which sounded weird, so I finally decided to cut my losses and leave. Please avoid this place.
