I'm a patient of Dr. Maloney's and have been dealing with this remarkable office AND Nancy for over 30 years. All of us patients sit together in the same waiting room, elbow to elbow next to ALL different melting pots of ethnicities. This is the nature of Dr. Maloney's patient pool. I have witnessed Nancy treat everyone fairly and equally. Many patients who come to this office....have grave difficulty speaking the English language. I have seen Nancy do her best to communicate back to those who express difficulty with English, in her own form of tried and true Spanish. Dr. Maloney's office is an incredibly busy office. Nancy is at the heart of it all--working with patients scheduling additional appointments and working with her co-workers. In 30 years, I've never heard her ever speak poorly of ANY race. Ever. Everyone always has a smile while in this office. Perhaps you didn't stay long enough to better understand the cohesiveness of this great office. While Dr. Maloney's practice is open to the 'people' of our country, Dr. Maloney is also committed to WELCOMING a community that DOES NOT speak English. Your comments did them all a disservice, as Nancy has always been an advocate for everyone who walks through that door. Im deeply saddened by your rush to judge and the outcome that has ensued. He has come to my house personally to check on me and when my son passed away, he was the first one to take the time to console me.Just tell me things are going to be OK. 20 plus years Dr Maloney and his staff have been giving my family excellent care. My son that is autistic and goes in and out of the hospital quite frequently they go up and beyond for. They are there for me during admitting they check on us while we r there and then they continue with aftercare. This is not just a great office with great staff and a great doctor they honestly deserve an award for the love they give to each patient they put everybody first. The older woman working there was extremely unprofessional she raised her voice in an inappropriate manner and treated others with noticeable rudeness. I have been seeing Dr. Maloney for over a decade and honestly I couldn't be more happy with his professionalism and sincere care. The office is always quick to respond to an email, even on a Sunday. The response is almost always followed by a phone call where we can discuss whatever issues I may have and how to move forward.
