He used this service and so far they have done nothing at a cost of almost $2,000. Phone calls and texts not answered. All i needed was a copy of the photo they allegedly took that they said they served the eviction notice. First they said they had the wrong address and that should have been the first red flag. Then ZERO communication after i pressed them on the issue. So in the meantime i am losing rental income and these guys are in the wind with my money.
