I was recomended lawson lewis,I was discrimitaded against at work with regards my mental health disability, my case was taken on a no win no fee, the basic paper work/case was done, however it would seem that lawson lewis assumed my case would be settled before the court hearing, but this was not the case, lawson lewis stated that because I had no money they would not represent me them selves and would use some one else from another company, a trainee or some one who needed the experience, on the day of the hearing the solicitor was not prepared nor had much expereince,I did not even meet with him before the hearing, as a result I lost my case.
There was also another hearing which was connected with the first, lawson lewis would not represent me at all so had to go on my own, I lost that case as well. So unless you have money and lots of it, make sure the solicitors you use will look after you from start to finish, this was a very painfull and time consuming experience and as a result made me very ill, I felt let down, neglegted and betrayed, and I had a disability.
In the end I felt like a burden on this company, and was basically treated like a no body.
If I could put zero I would. read more
