I understand that wisdom teeth extraction is a good pay out for insurance. I'm 58. There was nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth. Neither Dr. Schwartz or Dr. Vermani (Naylors Court Dental) have followed up with me after such a needless and painful experience. Why is it not ok to have a patient with no dental issues??

When you get there, they always seem not to be expecting you. Then once they get started, it seems they are rushing to do 5 things at once. I can tell you but not while there are 4 hands and all kinds of tools in my mouth, and someone handing me things. Slow down and understand that patients are not pros at this. We get dental work done once in a while and it's kind of difficult for us. We shouldn't be asked to multitask while under duress and while paying top dollar, just so you don't have to spend one extra minute with us. I'd cancel my next appointment but I bought a membership on the strength of the first visit (prompt response to a painful need) so I'm just stuck I guess. I called and the front office put me on hold for about 5-6mins. I was then told that they would call me back. 4 days later, i still had not received a return call so I called to follow up. I called and finally made an appt. I asked how long the service would take because i would have to get my daughter from school. She informed me that i would have ample time. When i arrived i also asked the tech and she informed me the same thing. After waiting for 50mins i left because i felt that my time had wasted. I informed the tech that i was leaving and walked out of the establishment never to return. I REALLY wanted to call that dental office my home but it seems the respect of time is not important there. I really hate that it came to this because i wanted Dr Edmondson to be my dentist.
