I got there on time an waited in lobby to be seen for teeth cleaning and a root canal. around 10:35 the front desk clerk called me to her desk and started the dentist could not see right now because a technician was fixing the chair I needed to have the procedure. I was asked can I leave and come back in 1 hour? I responded can I just reschedule for another date! she stated can go get something to eat and come back they will be ready. I agreed and came back at 11:20 am. I was led back to the too for the procedure, while being prepped the Dentist came in and stated I was having a teeth cleaning and three root canal. I stated I didnot want three root canal and a cleaning at the same time it would be painful. I'm asked can he do the teeth cleaning and one root canal. I was told the first burst they was going to brea up my procedure in three session! I was told I needed one root camel not three. I'm would not agree to having three canal in one day with a teeth cleaning. the Indian male dentist became angry and told his assistant to talk to me and walked out. He came back with an attitude stating he carved out 4hours to perform this procedure. I explained I came here on time and he stopped the procedure for one hour to fix a chair. When I looked at him he was angry! I told him it no way he is working on my mouth and I left the office! I never experienced this type of behavior at any dentist! I will never come back to this establishment.

Thing is, I was at work so i missed her call. I returned it later that day and the following day, leaving a message both times. This manager of Smiles R Us calls me back with an attitude being very rude asking me how I got her number when she was the one who called me. She was adamant she never called and didn't even remember that I was the unsatisfied customer of the company she manages. Interesting. Inept, disrespectful, and I will never recommend this place. It's literally insane what these people have put me through and they wanted to refund me if I would take down this review but it's not even worth it. I dont want my money back. People need to know not to go here. Unless you have no other choice. Dont settle like I did ******** If I can save a life, please allow me to keep you from wasting your time and money. The extraction was about as painful as it gets. Keeping in mind that I had an abscess and the tooth was just bad, but Dr. Moradi was extremely rough and man-handled the heelllllllll out of me. To be Frank, the staff was unprofessional. He stopped in the middle of the procedure to bang equipment on the floor just to get it to work. I am still in shock. The pain was so bad I broke out in a sweat and could not stop shaking. I will probably never find pricing as good as the ones here but for the incompetent work performed by this office, I wouldn't mind paying more for a better and kinder experience. Run

After all was said and done I had a horrible dental abscess that caused the most excruciating pain that I have ever experienced in my life, and I blame this dental practice. Dr. Murphy spoke with me over the phone while I was in debilitating pain and had the nerve to suggest that he would "fit me in tomorrow for a trigger point injection". I blame this practice for being a poor representation of the dental community and whole-heartedly blame them for making me unnecessarily suffer because they have lost their way in patient care.
