Brad is one of the most rude and racist people I met yet. Myself and two others came to move four…read morebudget trucks for a company. I walked in greeting them and immediately he accused my driver of speeding through his little lot which is impossible with two huge speed bumps and having to go up a hill to park. I explained I wasn't the driver and he expressed he didn't car who's driving etc very rude. He finally gave us the keys to the four trucks. we moved two and came back. My driver let us off near the trucks. Brad was in his forklift moving a truck and decided to stop what he was doing to antagonize me about my driver coming down to the lot to drop us off. We went back and forth for a minute and the other driver had to come out and ask if I was good. I told Brad if he has a problem with the driver to speak with her directly. He wasn't interested and told me you go you and your people to get off my lot. When he saw my driver was a white female when she stick her head out the window he backed off and moved on. it's sad in 2025 people have to deal with that. if you don't like people why have a business that heavy on customer service. I wouldn't ever rent from this place.
