Hard to say because two weeks later, when a hard rain came the gutters overflowed massively in the same places they'd BEEN overflowing. But the brats had such a great time in my yard one returned a week later with the longest garden hose I've ever seen, connected it to my outdoor spigot (which I stupidly neglected to shut off from INSIDE) and dragged the hose through my fence and down the sidewalk, water spewing everywhere. It's just dumb luck I happened to be doing laundry in the basement and HEARD the water start up in the pipe. I immediately shut off the spigot at the indoor valve, went outside, and let the kid know I was not PAYING for his party. His father was sitting on the porch watching. Lord knows what my water bill would have been had I not happened to be home. Yeah, when you're working on a customer's house it's not good to use their water to squirt someone else's kids in the customer's yard. Nice kids (the kids on the job) but I'd recommend hiring grown-ups with some focus.

They were able to come to the house pretty quickly and assess the problem. It was not something that could be immediately fixed, so they promised to send an estimate the following day. As promised, we received the quote and scheduled the work. Timeless Exteriors communicated well, showed up as promised and finished the work in a timely fashion. We were charged as quoted. They did a nice job in the fix and we would hire them again. But hopefully that won't be necessary any time soon. Highly recommend.

I was absolutely convinced I had a major drainage design problem…read more My underground downspout lines drain to the street ditch, and after seeing water back up around a riser pipe, I was certain the issue was a site engineering flaw. In my mind, there were only a few possibilities: the lines needed to be re-pitched, the ditch connection needed to be lowered, or the whole system was somehow hydraulically inadequate. I had this drainage system installed just last fall, so the idea that it could already be clogged seemed impossible. Enter A+ Gutters & Drains. They came out the very same day I called. After I walked them through my highly sophisticated theory of grades, elevations, pitch, and drainage design, we headed to the discharge point at the street ditch. The technician took one look and smiled. "There really shouldn't be a glued-on end cap with a tight grill on it. These tend to back up and clog." "No way. Not already," I replied. "Would you like me to check?" he asked. A few minutes later, after attempting to pry it off with a screwdriver, the cap ultimately had to be cut off with a Sawzall. What was waiting inside? Inches of roof shingle granules, debris, and enough gunk to completely prove my engineering theory wrong. In about five minutes, A+ solved the mystery that I had mentally escalated into a full-scale drainage reconstruction project. To their credit, they graciously cut off the other problematic caps as well and explained why they were destined to clog. No upsell. No unnecessary work. Just an honest diagnosis and a simple fix. As I stood there processing the fact that my "catastrophic drainage failure" was really just a blocked outlet, the technician smiled and said, "Bring on the rain." And with that, he was off. Some more than 5K for a 100 foot drain line. When I contacted A+ for an estimate, they beat the nearest estimate by almost $1500 dollars. That's a big savings. What's the difference? The other companies who bid the job showed up in fancy jumpsuits and vinyl laminate work vans with computers inside. The guys from A+ showed up in tshirts and a red station wagon. They were polite, worked very hard, and had the job completed in two days which is what I was estimated. They also showed up to start the job within 1 business days of OUPS flagging the utilities on our property before the dig. I would recommend A+ for anyone looking for quality work at a great price. First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.

I discussed the situation with my home and he stated he would work with me. I told him immediately please don't BS me as I had already been through this and prefer someone be truthful. He supposedly wrote down his number and email to send him information I received from my insurance company for him to "take a look to see what he could do". Of course when I sent the email it came back saying the email address does not exist and neither does the telephone number. He also made an appointment for today to come back to discuss options and said we would also clean the gutter at the front of my home at no charge. It had started to rain while he was at my home and he saw where water was draining through my awning and not through the down spout. When he said he would clean my gutter, I knew immediately he was lying. I may be a senior but I am not stupid. He was trying to make a fool of me. Even if there was something this company could help me with I wouldn't trust them. I don't want a response. I just want others to know this company is not reputable. If someone they sent to canvas my neighborhood couldn't be truthful why would I trust them if contracted to do work? A total waste of time! I have a limited income and don't need the nonsense. My roof will be repaired eventually but definitely not by this company. Buyer beware.
