I had my service canceled the day before scheduled twice and then they dropped our area with no advance notice. Website says they service Monticello but they do not. I had read the information he wrote about his business and why he started it on Yelp and in dealing with him personally I found things to be as he described them. He was personable and took the time to explain about the type of insects in our area and what's involved in keeping them away. I believe Capital City's prices are fair.
