This title company might cost a little more than some Title companies but you see when that doesn't cause a problem because they did it correctly and you were a constant priority. Some Title companies you feel like a number and they are removed from the transaction as a group of un-named people took care of the details which have come up to have errors in the 9th hour which causes a lot of stress. So once you have experienced that stress in others closings, you realize where sometimes, it is essential to have the qualifications Salisbury, McLister and Foley have to make the important transaction as smooth as possible. Out of the blue, I received a phone call from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force letting me know there was a warrant for my arrest for two very serious, violent felonies. At first, I thought it was a joke... it wasn't. ​The Marshal was actually a reasonable guy, and we arranged a date and time for me to turn myself in. He couldn't tell me the exact details, just that they were serious charges. A coworker recommended Mark Sutton to me, and Mark got straight to work: he found out I was being charged with two counts of malicious wounding, rescheduled my surrender date so he could go with me, and immediately secured a bond so I could bail right out. ​Once I knew what was going on, I thought, "I can prove I wasn't even in the state when this happened! I don't need a lawyer--I'll just explain it, show proof, and it'll be easy." I couldn't have been more wrong.
