One employee says to me "this is what happens you work at a gas station in your 20's, you celebrate 9/11". This store has 8-10 fuel pumps and a mini grocery store inside. On 8/21/26 they refused to cash any ticket over 100 dollars, and the excuse was they didn't have enough money in the register. Ct Lottery requires all vendors to have 500 dollars in the drawer at all times. Plus, the staff seems unfriendly and unprofessional at the same time. This store is taking in 1,000 per hour and there should be no excuse not to cash lottery tickets that they are selling. Plus, the employees should stay at the check-out station when there is a crowd of customers not wondering around the store acting like they are too busy to do their job and check-out customers. I guess people don't want to work anymore.
