I emailed the owner explaining how disappointed I was in him for taking my money and not providing the service. He ignored me and I never heard back and he never refunded any of my "stolen" money. His greed and rudeness is astonishing. Sweet as can be until he signs you up. After I fired him, I heard from many other people in the area that had major complaints about him as well. However, when I got home I was so upset because minimal to no work had been done. I immediately called the owner with pictures where he agreed that his people did not do their job. He did offer to send his workers back 6 days later. I was no longer comfortable having his company at my house. He demanded I pay even though he agreed in writing to the poor job. I am writing this review to encourage you not to use this company or at least be home to make sure they job. Please look at other lawn services as there are so many.

I hired him last year to bring in top soil and lay sod on about 1/2 of my small backyard. When he…read morecame, it was only one person, James. (Frankly, I think he is a one man show.) A huge amount of dirt was dumped on my driveway. Rather than having a piece of equipment to carry the dirt to the backyard, he hauled it by one wheelbarrow at a time. It took him half the day just to get the dirt in the backyard. The next day, he came to lay the sod. OMG, what a fiasco! The pieces were about 2" above the existing sod. He didn't even try to taper it down to meet the existing grass. The entire thing was a mess. I ended up having to re-lay the new sod. I tried to get him back to correct it but never could seem to get him. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They (he) doesn't seem to have enough experience to be in this profession.
