The two men that were here had found the problem, figured out which of our irrigation lines they could turn off and replaced a piece in the pump that should've told it to shut off. Two men walking around, looking for the problem, found it, fixed it, and we're so polite and offered some suggestions about how we could trim down the amount of faucets in our backyard. The the price was less than I thought it was gonna be, and like I said the quality of service. The professionalism of the two men were just amazing. I'm definitely would call them again.

Later on I needed some plumbing work done, I made several calls to their company but never heard back. Two days ago I contacted them again for a plumbing issue. The man on the phone asked if yesterday afternoon or today (9:30 am) would be better. I said today would be fine. 9:30 am came and went. I made several calls to two different numbers yet I was never able to contact them or get a call back. This interaction has proven that even though they did an excellent first job, it is a waste of time trying to contact them again. As much as I hate to do it, I am forced to rate this business as a one star due to a lack of communication and a less than decent effort to return my calls. If you can get them out to your house you will get great results. The trick is, getting them there to do the work. I won't make the mistake of contacting them again.

I called and asked why I was being billed again and they stated it was because I changed services. This did not make sense as all previous billing occurred at the end of the billing period. There was no credit for the payment I'd just made. I decided to wait until they serviced the porta potty because we had problems with them showing up before. They wouldn't give me an exact date so I made sure to be there every day but no one came. After a week and a half I had to run some errands so I instructed my employees to watch for the truck. When I returned, 3 of my employees stated that the driver drove by without stopping, even when they yelled for him to stop. I called to complain and the driver said that he saw the goats, after pulling all the way up the driveway, but no one was around to keep them out of the way, so he left. All 3 employees reacted strongly to this information stating again that he never pulled in, barely slowed, looked right at them and then sped off. When I called, and they refused to come out again, I told them to just pick up the unit. He came 2 days later (even though I'd been told they had no time to come back out for at least a week) and nearly ran over the goats in his haste to get out of there! He ignored us yelling at him to slow down. When I received another bill, I protested that I was being charged for services that were never rendered. They stated that because the unit was still on the property, and available for our use, that I had to pay anyway! Trust me, no one was about to step into that porta potty as it was way over filled and full of flies!!! I refused and they had the nerve to turn it over to collections!!! Do not use this company!! They are HORRIBLE!

From the Real Estate transaction data, we were told that the well was functioning - NOT! Just as a side note, and a recommendation to anyone not familiar with things like red diesel oil heating, propane tanks, and wells, DO NOT listen to your Real Estate Agent for advice. Sadly we learned that lesson the hard way. Kyle from Coastal Well Cleaning was recommended to us by a local contractor. He was not only courteous, but also clear in his communication, and prompt in his promised work timing and cost estimate. Kyle installed a new in-well pump, re-did the old piping, installed a new pressure gauge, and got our well up and running in a couple hours. He was easy to talk with, and a really nice guy.
