We had a major scare for the operation of our business. My latest experience with Roto Rooter includes them doing work that wasn't needed / not fixing the plumbing issue, and hiking up the price. 3x they visited the property and didn't fix the actual cause. I had to hire another company that fixed it immediately. When asking about the work done and if some of it was actually needed, their office secretary Jon turned very argumentative. Bad look. But it seems that's his usual encounter with his customers based on his responses to reviews online. Be very careful when choosing to work with them. There are many other reliable and trusting plumbers in Lake and Mendocino county.
