On top of that people had pulled into the exit lane of this lot and just left their cars blocking the path the one lone attendant was trying to use to get cars out for people waiting. After waiting 15 mins, the guy (who was harried but polite) said he would not be able to help me for a long time and helped me back out then pointed me down the street to a much smaller lot that was able to help me. Maybe I will try this again in the future when they have a larger crew of people to work the cars. This is a prime shopping area with few garages.

Turned out it was the exit lane for cars retrieved for customers. The attendee drove up to my car and gave me the death stare as if I should had known not to park there. Then he pointed with his finger to move the car instead of verbally communicating it. I saw few other customers making the same mistake and the attendee treating all of them the same way. I came back after 20 minutes to pick up my car. The same attendee saw me as he walked down to fetch another party's car. After he got back, he ignored me and went to the next customer who came after me to get their car. Luckily there was no one else waiting except me after that, so he took my to ticket to get the car. The reservation worked fine to pay for the ticket. I was glad the attendee safely parked and retrieved my car without any damage. Despite the mediocre service, this parking lot is neat and clean. They have good rates. I got 3 hours of parking time for only $25 on weekday, decent enough price for me.

It's on 25th Street, 8 blocks to Macy's Store, and a 25 min walk to Times Square, a little bit far, but hey you are paying less. We paid $35 for 7 hours. Service was good, there was no line. It's not on the road level, going down and coming out of the garage- be careful, it is steep, also they keep cars on one side so drive carefully. They give tickets upon arrival, and leave the keys with Vathe let. Upon returning, they will bring your car. They also have the service to call before coming to the garage and they will keep your car ready. I know lots of customers are having issues with this garage service... might be I was there on an off day, so I guess I was lucky.

Good place to park if you can't find street parking in the area. And you don't have to walk super deep into the ground to get to the check in/check out desk It's two blocks away from Holland Tunnel entrance which is perfect for me when I need to make a quick exit from Manhattan back to Jersey :)
