We shared our shuttle with another family who said they've used SNAP like 30 times and have had consistently great experiences. DO NOT USE! Highly seasoned, long-time traveler here. Recently used this service due to other lot being closed without notice when I showed up. Used a parking app to book , when I arrived at the lot they told me they are not linked to the app so I would have to pay them. Ended up being charged double, once on parking app, once when I came back to get my car. Shuttle to pick me up when I arrived never came after 40 minutes, had to take taxi to the lot at personal expense. Waited 40+ minutes to get my car AFTER paying the costs. Was told repeatedly "we only have 2 people working". That is not my problem, that's YOUR problem. Worst parking experience ever. Bordered on illegal how they kept my car and would not let me leave after I paid. read more

I've used SNAP as my "Go To" parking option for Newark Airport for the past two years, most recently September 12 2025. The price beats competitors and the service is friendly and efficient. In the vast majority of cases on my return trips, my car is wating for me by the time I arrive at the facility. Pre-payment of fees provides an additional discount. I have a very nice car and I feel much safer leaving it at SNAP than parking at the airport. Also, their point system permits me to earn points for free parking. SNAP parking located 8 min driving from Terminal B I waiting 28 min for a shuttle to pick me up, and we did not go back to base. We were doping people off to terminal A. Horrible rude service, the pickup van passed us without even stopping (had zero passengers) and then it took a additional 30 minutes for another van. So 35 minutes from the time we called until pickup. Meanwhile vans from other parking lots passed by four or five times for pickup. Obviously there are many better choices than this place. read more

I highly recommend this parking lot. We forgot something at home which made it much more difficult to park our car. Rather than turn us away, the manager thought creatively to come up with a solution. It was snowing and there was a van full of people; despite the challenging circumstances he took the time to help us and managed to park our car. Both the manager and the woman at the front desk were very kind and patient. So grateful that we happened to choose SNAP, thanks you for taking the extra time to help us out. I'm giving them 2 stars because this is the second time I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport and got attitude for calling back to follow up. In the time that I've been waiting for SNAP to pick me up I saw multiple other parking companies' shuttles pass several times. If the rep had told me it would be so long, I would have just taken an Uber and picked up my car. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. 1) Today I had the horrible misfortune of dealing with SNAP parking. They claim that my car was parked indoors. Did it rain indoors? Because my car is covered in rain spots. 2) I paid for my parking bill, I was issued a receipt and the woman behind the counter would not give me the key to my car! She said there was no number on it linking it to me. 35 minutes later she finally agreed to look and low and behold it was there. 3) The customer in front of me had his hands full with the same employee. He pre-paid and was told that he had a balance. She couldn't figure that one out. 4) There is NO MANAGER ON SITE on a Thursday afternoon. UNACCEPTABLE If there was no other place to park, I would just fly out of a different airport. You have been warned. Stay out of this ridiculous excuse for a parking garage. Avoid ! I have used in the past but something has gone wrong with this place. Flew back from Miami called after collecting bags. Dispatcher said driver would be by to pick up in 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I called back and asked when real time of pick was to be. (All competition vans were circulating every few minutes. ) After third call to dispatcher (and telling to cut bs) she admitted that only one van was in service Dispatcher is a liar. Don't park here! ****Do NOT park your vehicle here!**** When we picked up our car it smelled like cigarette smoke and we found a half smoken cigarette on the driver side floor. We complained and they claimed' "they reviewed their cameras and didn't see anything so there was nothing they could do". Today we received a legal notice in the mail for an unpaid parking ticket that we received while we were out of the country and our vehicle was at their establishment. It was easy drop off and pick up! They send you a text and email where they list contact info, account info and pick up instruction. The employees were very nice and helpful. Did not give it 5 stars because I had to call a couple times in order to get through for pick up and the bus took over 20 minutes to get to the terminal for pick up. Im actually waiting in the parking lot as we speak. They have damaged my car and took photos of the damage and said it was done prior to arriving. It's fresh white paint! The bumper is off it's hinges and it is a fresh scratch! They refused to let me see security footage. I called the police to file a report. When I called the police they advised me to go get pictures if where it was parked. The young girl at the front desk said no customers allowed. I just read on some other reviews that they have white pillars! Which matches the scratches ! I'm calling the better business bureau and filing a claim. NEVER PARK HERE! Not to mention the rude "supervisor" that doesn't have access to the videos? WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY! read more

I have been using your garage pretty much since you opened and the last 3 times I have used you post pandemic the service has been extremely disappointing. Today I had to wait 45 minutes for a pickup. The previous 2 times it was 35-40 minutes. It is very frustrating to be standing waiting for a pick up while your competitors go by 3 or 4 times. If it was a one off event I could understand - people call out sick etc but this seems to be the norm for your company now. You really need to fix it. read more

Can't be beat for the price. Your car is covered in a large garage while you are away and it will be waiting for you when you return to their location after your trip. $8-$9/day excellent. Car wash services too if you want something extra. Shuttle took off less than 10 minutes after we pulled in (only waited a few extra minutes b/c more customers showed up right after us) and we were fortunate enough to have the shuttle sitting at our p/u point when we walked outside on our return to Newark. Very friendly and a very short ride to and from the airport. Highly recommend if you must fly out of Newark. read more

I had been a loyal customer and I had parked there constantly for several years until today. They now implemented a new system which they charge you for an extra whole day if you're off by two hours or more from what's on the reservation. They also ask people to be at the terminal when ordering the shuttle. I honestly had to wait for close to half an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Meanwhile, companies like Spot have shuttles passing by constantly. So in my eyes they have become less reliable for a higher price tag. Time for me to look for better alternatives. Edit: The manager was just exceptional. She sent me an email apologizing and reviewed my case. They reviewed my case and fully reimbursed the amount for the extra charge. She definitely shows a high level of commitment and I appreciate that so so much. Definitely will be parking here on all future travels. Since the pandemic their prices have jumped up significantly and their service is still as slow as ever. Had to wait 25 minutes for the driver as I watched countless vans of their competitors pass by. I've even continued to park here after they jumped my car battery backwards and fried my cars computer. They did pay to fix it, but I'm sick of the wait. Hire more drivers if you want to charge as much as your competitors. read more

I looked at other pictures of cars parked at your property. The same type damage is present on those cars. There are white Pilar's in the garage which is consistent with the white scrap on the car and those other vehicles.My car was so dirty when I got it back it was difficult to see the damage. When i got home I hand washed my car. That's how I was able to see it better. The scrapes are white and the car dust and dirt on my car made it difficult to see. Your video should also show how reckless your drivers handle peoples cars. read more

Pretty disappointed with a recent 2 day business trip parking. Return pickup was a little slow as saw most of the other shuttles before Snap's which is pretty common. They were using a completely white shuttle with no markings which was a bit disappointing. My biggest gripe was when we got back to the parking lot my SUV wasn't there -- called 20 minutes prior. Had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for my vehicle. Customer service was pretty non existent. Car was very dirty on the outside and this may have to do with all the concrete construction they are doing outside the parking garage. Likely trying some place different next time as I think I could save 30 minutes and have more peace of mind. read more

Everything was fine on the way in. Easy to park, quick turnaround at the counter, and the shuttle left right away. However, coming back... The only reason they get two stars is that I got my car back in one piece. As instructed, I called when I deplaned at 11:51 PM, and was told it would be about 15 minutes for the shuttle. Okay, fine. Arriving at 11:55 PM to the airport frontage, I watched numerous shuttles from other companies stop, leave, and come by again. I started to learn the names of every other service I should have used like Jiffy and Spot. The shuttle showed up about 20 minutes after I called - not terrible, but when it's near midnight and every other company is managing a 5 minute turnaround, it's not good. It means they only have one shuttle driver for late night flights. There were more than 10 people waiting at Terminal C (I was the only one at A), so who knows how long they were waiting. We finally all got back to the place, and then the customer service miraculously disappeared. There was no one at the counter when I went inside, and then when I called for the desk clerk, she slowly appeared with an attitude of completely not caring. Okay, I got my car back, only to find that someone had adjusted the seat (pet peeve, though okay, drive safely, I can forgive that) and adjusted the touch controls (not okay. you leave my menu alone when I trust you with my keys), and there was a weird film over my windshield that still is having trouble coming off. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll pay a little more for a service that's prompt when I need it and doesn't mess with my car settings. And maybe is friendly. Friendly would be nice. read more

Have used this parking facility on multiple occasions, but not any longer. After a late arriving flight (1a) I and a group of about 12 other people were left stranded at the airport terminal for an hour (not a fun activity at 1a). Phone calls to the site were unanswered for this full time, despite multiple people calling in. Some people decided to uber to the facility....wonder if they got a refund? Will not be using them again, would rather pay a little more, actually get service, and not have to worry about sleeping on a bench at the airport for the night. read more

Called 3 times, and was told "the driver is on the way." 40 minutes later, after calling again, the dispatch made up some excuse saying the driver picked up the wrong customer, offer no apology, and was completely rude. When we finally go to the garage, now about 50 minutes after my call, with no other customers in sight, I got nothing but complete attitude from the dispatch. Again, more excuses, complete shade, and sass. Not one apology. When you see The Parking Spot pass you by 5 times you wonder why you choose SNAP. Parked here, requesting reservation through their online system. Everything was fine until we returned from our flight to get our car. Had to call multiple times for a pickup. Only seats in the van were available in the back. Unknown to me their van's air conditioner was on the fritz and when I stood up, I was soaking wet. Complained when I checked out and I was offered a 10% discount. My balance due was approximately $94 minus 10% would have been $85. The cashier tried to charge me $120! Fast forward a month, received an odd charge from a fast food wings restaurant in Newark for $45.00. I called the credit card company and learned an online takeout order was placed at 8:00 pm the night before. How do I know it was one of their employees? It was a new card that I only used at SNAP and I was two states away. read more

I'm addition to parking they also offer detailing service. Whether in the course of parking or detailing my car they damaged my media system, Radio , blue tooth, back up camera, speaker phone etc. They took no responsibility for the damage leaving me no recourse through them. They denied any and all responsibility, leaving me to seek recourse through other means. shamefull, unethical, at the least. will never use them again and will make every effort to discourage anyone I know from using them. read more

I always leave my car at SNAP when I drive to the airport. I love how my car is always parked in the garage and I don't have to worry about it being outside, especially in the winter when it snows.
