If I could leave zero stars I would, went to this place thinking it was going to be good based on the reviews but I was fooled, the only positive side of my experience was that I was attended a few minutes after going in, but that could have also been a red flag that i missed, maybe the barber that chose me was not busy for the obvious reason of being horrible at his job. Went in to get a haircut and got cut, scrapped, bloodied up and all the horrible ways you can come out from a barbershop. The entire back side of my neck was red, irritated and blood wouldn't stop coming out that the barber had to pretend it was normal and said that it was because I had pimples and I didn't. He then used the air compressor to slow down the bleeding. LAZARO, the owner saw the whole thing and didn't do a thing about it. I still haven't received any compensation. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT BARBERSHOP, these type of business is what we have plenty of and customers don't need to experience something like this. I have been a customer of Laz's Barbershop since they opened their doors years ago. There is a barbershop on every corner in my neighborhood, but Laz's has always stood out to me. It is extremely family oriented and welcoming, from the greeting at door to a constantly running raffle where they give something away monthly I think (I never win, but you have to be in to win it). The staff is friendly, experienced, professional, and have remained pretty consistent over the years. Although I have been a customer of Lazaro for the majority of the time, I have gotten haircuts by most barbers in the shop and been just as satisfied. There is a certain relief knowing you can walk into a barbershop as a new customer and no matter where you land, you're in good hands. I would recommend Laz's to anyone and have on several occasions. I started getting my hair cut at Lazarito's Barber Shop after visiting many other shops in the city and always being disappointed by the same thing: bad vibes, profanity being yelled across the room, and a general lack of professionalism. This is not the case at Lazarito's Barber Shop. At Lazarito's you are always greeted immediately as you walk through the door and made to feel at home. The shop is clean and organized and the talented staff is professional and courteous. There are flat screens throughout, PlayStation 4, and phone chargers in the waiting area. Very nice! In addition, the barbershop's owner gives back to his community every year by hosting huge events for Back to School and Thanksgiving where he helps those in need. Lazarito's barbershop is a well staffed, family oriented, and professional establishment; with little wait, and good service all around. I sat on one of the chairs toward the front of the shop and watched as people came in and were immediately welcomed by the owner himself. The shop is clean, the staff is polite. While you wait, there are charging stations for your mobile devices, a game console for your entertainment as well as televisions all around. It's a bit of a drive for me, as I was visiting my parents. Needless to say, I will be visiting my parents more often now. read more

This barbershop is the best in town, no doubt. I have been getting my haircut with one of the barbers ( Joel) for over 10 years and he always leaves me fresh. And on the off chance he can't cut my hair I'm comfortable with any of the other barbers because they've left me fresh before. Also, really cool side note is that this is the only barbershop I've seen that gives back to its community, whether it's free backpacks and school supplies on back to school for the kids or giving free turkeys the day before thanksgiving, these guys are GREAT! read more

Best barbershop in Miami Dade County. You can walk in and not have to worry about getting a bad barber because they all know how to cut great hair. They are true masters of their craft. Great environment for the kids and the owner Lazarito is very attentive and always making sure everyone is taken care of. Colada and great laughs are also a daily thing at the shop. I have been coming to Lazarito's for over 15 years. Not only are all the barbers great, but the atmosphere is phenomenal. No profanity or loud obnoxious rap music either. My son loves coming to cut his hair because he gets to play playstation while he waits his turn. The wait is minimal so he never gets to finish his game.
