He showed my husband everything that Rob did, which was re-doing the 1st floor in its entirety, as well as upgrading the master bathroom. His friend told my husband that it was flawless, and told him that he would call this guy for anything in the future! So, we didn't hesitate, after checking his BBB rating (A+) and his reviews, we called Rob. Rob. added a 4th bedroom to our home. At first, I gave him all of the ideas that I wanted, to have done for this room. Everything from dimensions, design, all the way to the final paint colors. Much to my surprise though, Rob only agreed with where the door would be! As he was working during the days, I would bring him something to eat and drink, I was always amazed with how much better his ideas were making this room turn out than I had originally thought in my own head. This is my favorite room in my home now. Thanks Rob ;)

I asked ChatGPT for the best company suited to my particular problem and Johnson Bros was the…read morerecommendation. My criteria was honest, competent, and fair prices. I feared a complicated drainage diagnosis and possibly a very expensive repair. I had already worked myself into believing this might involve cameras, locating equipment, drainage plans, excavation, and who knows what else. Jeremy took one look at the situation and said, essentially, "Nope." The problem was simple, and so was the solution. He explained that the pop-up drain was doing what it was designed to do, but the excess water had found an easier path underground, which also explained a soft depression nearby (this was causing a lot of soil erosion on my neighbor's property). He then spent a great deal of time walking me through the remedy: where to dig, how deep and wide to make the area, how to use gravel and plants, and how to install deeper edging so the water would disperse properly instead of gushing toward my neighbor's property. I asked a lot of questions. Jeremy answered every one patiently, then went over the plan a second and third time because I wanted to make sure I understood. He physically mapped everything out so I could clearly understand what needed to be done. There was no attempt to sell me camera diagnostics, unnecessary cleaning, excavation, or an expensive drainage system. He charged only the $79 trip fee and nothing more. That kind of honesty is increasingly rare. Jeremy could have turned my anxiety into a padded invoice, but instead gave me a practical, inexpensive solution and made certain I understood it before he left. This is exactly the kind of company people hope they are calling. I felt so relieved that I was prompted to reciprocate his honesty by writing this review.

Apparently AO Smith assembler does not know what torque wrenches are for or he was being ugly and decided to make a few peoples lives miserable. So I have to pay for delivery of the old unit back to Lowes, delivery of replacement to my home, and then pay for installation.....How's that for a 6 year warranty?

The deal was to replace it all not just the parts that were on the floor. Also even though the house did lift up a little it definitely was not done correctly because my home is still lopsided everywhere and my doors swing shut showing the home is not leveled. When I tryed to reach out I was getting ignored. Finally David the owner got back to me via messenger and told me that he couldnt reach everything. When he was here he said it was laser beam straight and that any part that was still uneven came from the inside floors. I had a other contractor come over and told me that the job was done so bad and you can see the house lopsided even from the outside and that he didn't even have to step foot inside to know that! When I try to communicate with David I asked him to please come since he told me there's a one-year warranty and I wanted him to come while the other professional that I was going to have was here and all he did was unfriend me from FB and block me!! What kind of so called professional is that? Where's my one year warranty? I left a message saying I woukd call the BBB and leave bad ratings and take him to court and he just hung up and he didn't care! I had called from another number a few days later and he said I was being a little rude and hung up on me! How unprofessional..Beware with this man David Honaker and his company Dukes Mobile Home Service!

Terrible experience. This is a bit lengthy but if you're considering Prestige read this carefully…read more Our experience with Prestige Home Center has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a new manufactured home through Prestige for our property in Sarasota County in July 2025, and months later we still cannot legally occupy it because significant permitting and inspection issues remain unresolved. County inspection records show failed inspections involving electrical, mechanical and tie-down work dating back to October 2025 - approximately 10 months ago - that still require resolution. The most serious problem involves the elevation of the home. Prestige's position is that the original plans were approved by Sarasota County based on a 10-foot finished-floor elevation requirement, and that only after the home was installed did the County determine that a different or stricter flood-elevation requirement applied - requiring the 10-foot elevation to be measured differently and resulting in the home having to be raised. Sarasota County has taken a different position regarding what should have been known or required before installation. We are not attempting to decide that dispute in this review. ** What we do know is that we purchased a new home, it was installed, the County subsequently determined that it did not meet the applicable elevation requirement, and the home now needs to be raised before the matter can be resolved. Meanwhile, we are the customers caught in the middle, with a new home that we still cannot occupy. Adding to our concern, the president of Prestige personally called us regarding the situation. During that conversation, he told us, in effect, that Prestige had taken the matter as far as it could. We came away from that conversation understanding that Prestige did not intend to take further action to resolve the situation and that we would essentially be left to deal with it ourselves. After purchasing a new home through Prestige, that was extremely troubling to hear. They also sent us the Title, even though these permitting, inspection and occupancy issues remain unresolved. We paid for numerous upgrades and are now checking those items individually because we have already identified at least one apparent discrepancy between an upgrade we paid for and what appears to have been installed. ** We also hired an experienced independent home inspector to evaluate the home. The inspection identified numerous deficiencies, including doors and windows that do not close or operate properly, along with other items requiring attention. These findings added to our concerns about the condition and completion of the home. ** We have extensive documentation supporting the facts described here, including our contracts, approved plans, permits, county inspection records, independent home inspection report and upgrade selections. *** After purchasing a new home, we never expected to spend this many months dealing with unresolved inspections, permitting problems, deficiencies and a home we cannot use. Regardless of the disagreement between Prestige and Sarasota County concerning the elevation requirement, we simply want the necessary corrective work completed, the required inspections and approvals obtained, and the usable home we paid for. I will gladly update this review if and when these problems are satisfactorily resolved.
