They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

It included: 1) keeping air filters from my old unit (when I told them I wanted one at the unit), it caused the unit to not cool; 2) they replaced my thermostat 3 times that I bought new; 3) the filter they did install at the unit was too big then they had to order "custom" air filters to fit it properly, 4) blocking my filter door opening with pipes from the ac unit. Their price was high and I had to get it done quickly because I had renters. Had I known it was going to take a about a year to get the installation done right, I never would have hired them in the first place. My electric bills are higher for an energy-efficient unit than my old unit. Cody came back several times until I asked them to send someone else who is now working corporate air conditioning. They don't have enough quality technicians to service -- especially for the price you pay. They are polite, but that does not make up for proper skills to do HVAC work.

Claimed they serviced unit, checked filter and all was good. The next day I found filter soaking wet and dirty, and replaced it myself. When I called office lady was nasty. Don't need that attitude. Too bad as my early experience with them was OK, but don't charge $100+ to tell me what I already know.
