So enter Ozawa - they apparently import some sake from the maker of said Flavoured sake, but don't import the Hana line- which should have ended my search there. Anyways - the Ozawa office open to the public during regular office hours - and is kind of a mishmash of stuff and really isn't all that impressive as most of the stuff doesn't look like it has been dusted in ages. But what is important to note is that they do carry the Japanese brand name rice cookers and since they are the importer - you might be able to get them cheaper here.

We found out the card was redeemed in Toronto, yet my son was in Ottawa! I called and explained what happened and the person I spoke to said that someone would get back to me. I wasn't hopeful. But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service.
