We went at night, which probably wasn't the best idea. It was filled with people that were already drunk, or unshowered and still reeked of booze. Some were buying booze, while others were returning bottles and cans. They also sell ice for those of you that need it. The store is small and old school, so instead of picking up the beer yourself, you order your beer at the cash and they just wheel it through the conveyor-belt looking entrance. Didn't seem to care abut their jobs much, just expressed how much they loathed their lives. This lcbo is a bit smaller than say the one at the train-yards but the staff are great and really…read morehelpful. If you need something that isn't common over here they can usually find something similar and if you get more than you can carry the super friendly staff will let you pull up at the front of the store and they will bring it out to the car for you. They quite often have some good bonus air mile offers too so don't forget your card!

We always received great service no matter which location we've been too. Parking is metered so they can be a pain.

Their "Non-Beer" is mostly wine, and soda pop. They have some hard liquor, but it's limited (and just the regular vodka, rum, whiskey, etc. no liqueurs or anything fancy. I asked if they had sour mix and they said no, so I'm guessing they only mix with soda pop). Food menu is small. I came with some beer lovers. They had beers. I wanted a whiskey sour, but they couldn't make it, so I got a non-alcoholic drink (root beer). I'm not going to fault the place for this because their focus is obviously beer. The place is kind of small. They have some TVs with sports streaming. They had a really big screen that showed the menu. I thought that was weird. Why didn't they show sports on that screen? We already have the menu in front of us, lol. We got a basket of fries ($5). They were shoestring fries and really good, although a bit too overly salted. Their menu looked interesting, but we already ate before coming. Our server was nice and friendly. She seemed to feel bad that I couldn't find a drink that I liked. There's a huge selection and all the empty cans are displayed on the wall. Right after work there weren't that many people but it got steadily more full. I tried three of the food dishes, and the Nashville chicken was definitely the best as it was spiced enough. The mozzarella sticks were ok (need to be more crispy), and the cauliflower had a bit too much sauce. However, the food is generally tasty, but it's a hit or miss. Presentation was better than expected for a beer place! Service is quick and attentive. Pretty cozy spot to relax over some beers!
