I found Randy (who had many positive reviews on Google) and he was able to come out to my house within just a few days to fix my John Deer riding mower. He took the carburetor apart and had her running again in about an hour. I was really impressed with his level of knowledge, his customer service, and the quality of his work. He also saved me several hundred bucks over WT. I'm sure the darned John Deer will break again soon and when it does, I'll be calling Randy.

When I went to pickup the bars they were painted incorrect paint color/ combo. Wasn't painted like I asked for. I asked for gloss black and a little bronze and red flake. They basically painted the bars black with a shit tone of gold flake and with very little red flake. When asked why it was painted this color. I was told by jeff that I asked for it that way. When I specifically asked for gloss black and a little bit of flake in the paint to make it pop. After being basically yelled at by jeff saying that's what I ordered, I was told to take my bars and get out. To which I paid for the incorrect paint job and left due to the fact they wouldn't repaint them like I asked. Stating that they wouldn't eat the bill for repainting my stuff. I just wanted to get what I asked and paid for NOW I'm forced to take it to another powder coating place or just leave it. Seriously Poor communication from the staff. Which lead to incorrect painting to be done. "Isn't that what you do"? "Isn't that what this place is for"? I Wouldn't recommend anyone come to this place. The cushions are an unusual shape with straps that hold them together. It was a fairly quick process to choose the material and color. Took about 2 weeks What the owner isn't is personable or really very friendly. Not rude or anything bad, just not big on small talk or answering all my dumb questions, I guess. What the owner is however is a highly skilled custom craftsman fabricator. The new material is much softer and looks great in the rig, like it may have been original. The entire pieces were exactly duplicated, and the straps and thread used appear to be much sturdier than the original. We are happy with our upgraded dinette set. Highly recommend
