Best of all, trusted me and decided not take a deposit for it! Turns out, he was right. His firmness recommendation was on point and what we had chosen was too stiff. The overall experience was casual, collaborative and consultative. Tried his best to understand our concerns and the ergonomics of our couch relative to our physical attributes. Never had this experience as a customer before. Brian is a dying breed of business owner that truly puts the customer experience above all else. Salt of the earth kind of guy / family. I called Brian and arranged to drop off the cushions and one chair frame at his garage workshop. He had a large selection of vinyl fabrics and sample swatches to select from. I brought my paint chip to help select the color I needed. He also had foam samples, so I could select the firmness I needed. Brian was great to work with. He ordered the fabric, created new wood bases and cut new foam for the cushion. He had the four cushions ready in about two weeks just as he promised. The price with labor and materials was $115 per seat cushion which was very reasonable. His craftsmanship is excellent and the seats feel like soft leather even though they are vinyl and easy to wipe clean.

We live in Seattle but visited their shop and picked the leather fabric that we liked. They picked up our chairs and ottomans as soon as the leather fabric arrived as promised. They finished them in a reasonable amount of time and returned them back to our condo. We are extremely happy with the job and now have our favorite chairs back in place and everyone who sees them agree they are absolutely beautiful. The process was flawless until the final payment. The day they were delivered we had to leave immediately to pick up a family member who was waiting at the airport. In the chaos the delivery people did not pick up the check and we forgot to remind them. We were halfway to the airport when we were called by Elvira. Elvira was very angry and would not let us mail the check. We offered to Zelle the balance but she said they did not have a Zelle account which is very easy to set up. We had to give them our credit card and then we were charged the 3% charge fee which was a substantial amount. We didn't feel it was handled in a fair way. Elvira was quite unreasonable as it was an unintentional mistake made by them as well as us. The exchange left us with a bad feeling even though everything else went perfectly.

He even helped me with my senior year high school project which was replacing the seats and carpet. More recently, I finally did a complete restoration on the car last year and I wanted to update the interior and top. The cushions are an unusual shape with straps that hold them together. It was a fairly quick process to choose the material and color. Took about 2 weeks What the owner isn't is personable or really very friendly. Not rude or anything bad, just not big on small talk or answering all my dumb questions, I guess. What the owner is however is a highly skilled custom craftsman fabricator. The new material is much softer and looks great in the rig, like it may have been original. The entire pieces were exactly duplicated, and the straps and thread used appear to be much sturdier than the original. We are happy with our upgraded dinette set. Highly recommend
