Prior to their accepting the job, I explained how each unit was to have a trim kit installed.. They quoted $360 for the installation of both refrig and freezer, including installation of trim kits. Neither Joe nor his helper Ashton read the instructions before starting to remove the original leveling feet of the units, and proceeded to install the wheel mounts for the trim kit, replacing the leveling feet. Only when the units were in their place, did Joe tell me that their "boss" would not let them install the trim kit. Joe said he would not be charging for the trim kit. I paid them $ 300 for their work, even though I now had to have wheels removed to be replaced with the leveling feet. I contacted Nassau Appliance last week to arrange for them to come back out on 1/9/26 to remove wheels and replace with leveling feet. I'm told by the receptionist, No problem. This morning, 30 minutes b4 they are scheduled to arrive, they call to tell me that their boss won't let them do the work, because, the Boss says that's how the units should be supported". I tried to explain that the wheels prevent the units from complete stabilization. The Trim kits would normally be attached to the wheel bases. Completely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism and knowledge of high end appliance installation. They offered no help what so ever, and now I have to pay to have their "work" redone properly. I suggest you think twice before allowing these unprofessionals into your home.

Our Amana washer who is getting more water on the floor than it was getting in the washer lol. My…read moremother lived with us for about two years and destroys washers well she destroys a lot of appliances. On the first wash she had coins in her pants which got jammed into the barrel, the second wash she had a pin there was size of a diaper pin that ripped through the front loader gasket and we lived with this for about a year or two until it got so bad that it was almost flooding that area of the garage. Replacing it was stupid it is at three year old washer. So I looked around on the local Yellow Pages on my Internet and found these guys. Local company privately owned, was what I was looking for. They are a husband and wife team and they get it done, and they get it done right. I highly recommend them! I am in the Green Cove Springs City , no problem getting them over here. These are not young bucks nor are we so we just have to separate the stackable, which is really the best thing we've ever done with our stackable's. The cat prefers the dryer lower he gets petted and I prefer the dryer lower because I can sit on a chair and pass from the washer into the dryer, turned out to just be a better experience than I ever thought.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!…read more They came to my place in March to repair my freezer and ice maker. The tech told me that he had to order the ice maker and that I would have to pay a deposit. I paid the deposit and they scheduled with me to come back on a Saturday to finish the repair. They never showed up so I called to see when they were coming. That is when they told me that the part was obsolete and that there was nothing they could do. I told them that they wasted my Saturday waiting for them to come to my house and that I wanted a refund of my deposit. They sais that would refund my money. i never got the refund even though I called many times. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
