Had AC Comfort out several times within a month trying to figure out what was wrong with the unit they installed. Ended up calling another company only to find out wires were burned and a pretty easy part to recognize was bad. Numerous phone calls unanswered and when they were returned, I was treated as if I didn't know what was I talking about. Cancelled the maintenance plan well in advance but was still charged. When I called about it nobody called me back or have still acknowledged they were wrong. Very bad customer service once they get you!
