Our Amana washer who is getting more water on the floor than it was getting in the washer lol. My mother lived with us for about two years and destroys washers well she destroys a lot of appliances. On the first wash she had coins in her pants which got jammed into the barrel, the second wash she had a pin there was size of a diaper pin that ripped through the front loader gasket and we lived with this for about a year or two until it got so bad that it was almost flooding that area of the garage. Replacing it was stupid it is at three year old washer. So I looked around on the local Yellow Pages on my Internet and found these guys. Local company privately owned, was what I was looking for. They are a husband and wife team and they get it done, and they get it done right. I highly recommend them! I am in the Green Cove Springs City , no problem getting them over here. These are not young bucks nor are we so we just have to separate the stackable, which is really the best thing we've ever done with our stackable's. The cat prefers the dryer lower he gets petted and I prefer the dryer lower because I can sit on a chair and pass from the washer into the dryer, turned out to just be a better experience than I ever thought. read more

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They came to my place in March to repair my freezer and ice maker. The tech told me that he had to order the ice maker and that I would have to pay a deposit. I paid the deposit and they scheduled with me to come back on a Saturday to finish the repair. They never showed up so I called to see when they were coming. That is when they told me that the part was obsolete and that there was nothing they could do. I told them that they wasted my Saturday waiting for them to come to my house and that I wanted a refund of my deposit. Do not use this company. I am a very fair consumer and value service. I cannot remember a company that I used prior that has left me more disappointed. Their technician dressed as if he was going to a nightclub took a look at my stove. made a simple assessment that I needed new burners. He told me he had the burners ordered and would be back to install in two . days. I paid my 129 service that would be deducted from the repair cost. A full week went by with no communication. I had to make several calls over two week period could not get a straight answer. We are now one month later and they simply do not return my calls. It is my fault. I should've asked to see their licensing. The gentleman that arrived appeared to have no idea what he's doing yet We paid him as we were in a rush to get the repair done. I suspect he has no licenses. This is a unqualified business that pays to be first on a google search. Scam do not use this company. read more

We had this company come out to repair our 18 y/o Whirlpool stove. They were very honest and let us know that they couldn't guarantee a fix would hold. They said they didn't want us to pay for the repair now only to end up buying another stove in a few months. We paid for the service call and then ordered a new stove! She said she would call me back with an appointment time/date, which she did. She explained that she would book enough time to diagnose the problem with my dryer and most likely (if parts available) fix the problem all in a single visit. IF YOU WANT AN APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY THAT DOES BOTH, DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE PROBLEM IN THE SAME VISIT (if at all possible), then call Appliance Doctor. They do not "overbook and overpromise". Some of these appliance repair companies come out to diagnose very quickly, then they explain that they can come back to fix your problem in 4 weeks.
